Love and Peace

We are one...tune in, to the message of your very own soul.  It is not spewing the hatred and talking points of the protests...or the news outlets.  Those are egos battling for attention, disgracing the very spirit that gives the soul life, with love and true peace.

Go inward...your soul is echoing the beating of your heart, with thankfulness and grace. Close your eyes and feel it.

And always, always give thanks!  You are blessed, no matter what race, religion, gender...even if you are an atheist.  Yes, you too, are blessed...or you wouldn't even be here!

Now depending on how you choose to live your life, you may feel as though you are cursed.  The choice is yours.  The power of successful living comes from within!  

So those of you who are reeling from the tumultuous election cycle...move on!  For life is passing you by, and time waits for no one!  

Don't waste your soulful energy on negativity...it is draining you of your true spirit! 

How about this?  How about everyone get out there and perform one RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS for another.  Anything...smile at a passing stranger and wish them a nice day.  Hold the door open for everyone.  Rake the neighbor's leaves...shovel the neighbor's snow, just to be nice.  Not for pay.  Bake cookies for someone.  Leave flowers on someone's doorstep.  And this is my favorite RAK...we always, always pay the bridge toll for the car behind us. 

It's that simple! 

And remember...always, always give thanks.

Transformation

What matters most to me, besides my wonderful family of course, is this...

I am true to myself...my true authentic self, where there is Divine Love in abundance.

It is my soul, my spirit, through which the Kingdom of Heaven can be realized here on earth.

I've had this Holy Spirit, even before birth, but it is upon birth into this human body temple, 

that the spirit is exposed.  It is rarely recognized as the indwelt nature bestowed upon

or gifted to all of mankind, due to the nature of the ego that speaks

much louder, demanding attention, thereby putting the true authentic self, 

the soul, the Holy Spirit under siege by humanity itself.  

For some folks there is great darkness that comes with pain and suffering, 

and total despair requiring complete and total surrender.

 

Transformation can only take place when you quiet the mind and go inward to where the soul is lying in wait...awaiting the glorious moment when the light goes on, and the ego self disappears and 

the true authentic self, born in the image of God is visible,

 and the Kingdom of Heaven, here on earth is realized!

It's a beautiful thing!

Vision

There is a little stone church up on the mountain that has an incredible view.

I do not belong to this church, but it is a popular place, and many come to visit just for the view.   It is a popular place for weddings.  Recently at a memorial service for a friend, I captured the stained glass window as it told a story of its own.

In this lifetime, I hope and pray to witness the true communion of all the peoples of this great land, where the exchange of thoughts and emotions can be realized on a spiritual level so that peace can truly prevail...for one and for all!

Peace On Earth

I am blessed with an online blogger friend who very often sends me these beautiful hand made cards through good old fashioned snail mail, with such great quotes and sentiments, and I wanted to share the one I received today.  From Deborah at Temenos of the Blessing Light.

Universal Language of The Setting Sun

My last sunset at Waikiki...awesome!

Since I have returned from my journey to the island paradise of Hawaii, I haven't fully retrieved all of the zillion photos I took on many devices during my stay with my "bruddah" and other family members.  And since I always enjoy the wonderful island shares from my new friend Cloudia of Comfort Spiral, I thought I would share a few of my own for Skywatch Friday.

Now, I have been to the islands before, long ago as a young girl with my Beautiful Kauai Island Mama.  I was strictly a tourist on that maiden voyage.  But this time, I connected in true Aloha Fashion with the island people who are my family.  The language, the music, the food, and of course the scenery will forever be embedded in my soul.  There is something quite spiritual about the peaceable kingdom that is Hawaii.  Including the current work of Pele, the Goddess of Fire who is spreading hot lava from Kilauea on the Big Island to ensure that her people stay grounded on this earth, as they tune in to the vibration of the Universe, connecting each and every one of them with cosmic joy that is shared by all living things.

The Aloha Spirit is alive and well.  We are all connected in this Universe.  Tune in and feel the peace and joy in abundance. 

Out and About

Pileated Woodpecker

A bit blurry, but this guy was pecking his little heart out yesterday in my woods.  And boy could you hear it.  He is quite happy that the snow is melting away, too!  We might actually have spring here in the northeast, even though the snow is still piled up in places.  Some snow banks are still over 3 feet tall.  But today, after weekend flood watches due to the rain the entire weekend, the sun is shining bright!

When Mother Nature has so much to offer out of doors, it is a cosmic call from the Universe for all of us to get out there and tune in.  It was last Spring when the stars aligned and the message for my soul was as loud as this woodpecker... "AWAKEN TO YOUR TRUE AUTHENTIC SELF".  

I can't say the exact moment, but I can tell you this, it all became very clear to me.  My entire reason for being.  The meaning of life!  A profound moment indeed, and it didn't stop.  The floodgates opened and a dialogue began that has truly changed my whole life!  Anger was dislodged, forgiveness was bestowed upon others, and more importantly myself.  That one was a BIGGIE!  Fear disappeared...Courage stepped up, Compassion made way, and I am HAPPY!  Completely HAPPY! And it is always apparent with this constant smile that is on my face...night and day...day and night!  Even when external sources try to invade my peaceable kingdom with their dread...even when I witness behavior in public that is so ridiculous, or worse, I smile...and I can feel it travel throughout my body, and I breathe out and release the energy of my smile out to whomever may be in need of one.

Along with this great red-headed friend, the owls are back, and the Canadian geese have returned to the pond.  Recently we went to an area in Upstate New York where the Eagles make a regular stop along the Delaware River for the fresh running water, once the weather starts to break.  Though we only saw two eagles that day, and they were too far away for my little Canon sure shot, it was a terrific sight!  But you can see the Eagles through this LIVE feed at a different location at Duke Farms.  Upstate New York

Find time to dig into your own being.  You will find peace resides within.  You will also discover that stress does not rule your life.  Nor does anger, or spite, or hatred or rage...not even road rage!   Just SMILE BIG!  Make the time to experience Mother Nature in all of her glory.  That is when compassion and gratitude will enter if you open wide, and all negativity will be released out into the Universe to be transmuted into good positive vibrations!

GO FOR IT!  WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

JOY

 I have discovered that my true authentic self is able to claim and actually project GREAT JOY outward so that others may have the opportunity to experience it and hopefully tap into its vibration to allow GREAT JOY to flow into and through them as well.  With joy there is love in abundance, and an overwhelming sense of peace.

It takes practice, but it is most worthy of a daily ritual, as much as the practice of thankfulness or gratitude.  The reward is absolute beauty!  Inner beauty; the only place where it truly counts!

Now since I am not one for New Year's resolutions, I have chosen that one word...JOY...as the one word that shall empower me at this particular moment in time.  I would say throughout the year of 2014, but this moment is really all that matters.  It's really the only time that I have to express this GREAT JOY.  And as I continue to grow and evolve I know that I am not alone on this journey.  And to me, that is the cosmic connection that has great power to change the world as we know it.

 Yes, we are one in this universe.  Take the time in nature to meditate and take in all that is given in the form of peace and beauty.  Even if it is raining or snowing, which we have had both of along with high winds here in the northeast U.S.  Especially if you are having a rough day in the material side of life.  Place full trust in your heart, take a deep cleansing breath and let your thoughts float away with the clouds.  It is then that your soul will open wide to speak to you...listen!

Peace On Earth and Goodwill Towards Men

 This glorious sky presented itself to me the other day while all the snow was still pretty and white on the ground.  The beauty of winter and the joy that is projected out of doors by Mother Nature reminds us all to be grateful for the blessings of this beautiful life.  And Einstein knew perfectly well about the universe and what it has to offer by way of cosmic connections. 

 

 Yes, underneath this glorious December sky is the message of harmony.  When you become awakened to your inner consciousness, you will discover a Love Divine, and only then will you have the ability to truly experience Heaven on Earth.  This is the true meaning of life.  For you can not attain love and peace, nor happiness by seeking it externally or expect another individual to provide it for you.

Peace comes from within.  And each of us has it within our power to be genuinely happy.  The wisdom that comes when you discover your soul is sacred and must be nourished and nurtured.  It's quite easy to do this by practicing compassion.  Forgiveness may be required....of yourself as well as the forgiveness of others.  And when you tune in to the message that the universe sends out to you, you will then find that time stands still. It's a beautiful thing!!!

Tuned In

 As the seeker tunes in to his very own soul, the cosmic communication becomes much more vivid. There is a constant connection and an ongoing dialogue in the conversation with the universe.  You see, when you go within, right to the center of your very own core being, you are completely free. Free from the obstacles and events of everyday life that present themselves in the other dimension; the material world...where your body lives and moves and works.  Where your body lives.

Once you become aware, and it can happen with such rapidity that you will be in utter disbelief.  But then you will begin to capture and recognize the signs and the symbols that are like beacons to show you that you are indeed a child of the universe. That you are connected.  That you belong.  Yes, there are those moments, when the brain lets your mind take over as it acknowledges sight, sound, touch, smell, taste.  Then to combine all those senses as you take in the breath of  life; your very own life as you inhale.  The life that you breathe in, and the very life that you exhale and send forth, back into the cosmic atmosphere to be rejuvenated and recharged as it tunes in and communes with its unique frequency; your very own sixth sense in another dimension.  Your very own vibration that communicates with others who are picking up or tuning in to receive your message.
 

It gets better...synchronicities and "aha" moments , those times when you just have to shake your head and smile, for there is no real explanation, other than you are in tune and tuned in. What you must realize at those moments, is that it is all meant to be.  Those events occur because you have allowed yourself to open up to the possibility that there is much more to the situation than a sheer "coincidence".  These moments occur because you have put forth a particular energy that has been acknowledged by another energy force, and they collide to send out a signal to let you know that this truly was no accident at all.  Be prepared...your vibes may be tuning in and intersecting with your very own soul mate!

Upon waking up each and every day, practice gratitude.  For when you open and release the positive energy in the form of gratitude, you are providing nourishment for the soul.  The reward you receive for expressing thankfulness, will provide you with an inner calm and peace.  And that is what will keep you focused and free from angst and turmoil.  You will find yourself with a great big genuine smile for the effort. Try it.  And stay tuned...the universe is having a conversation with all of us!
