TGIF...

1.  We finally have a decent Spring weather day...and my plants are very happy, because I've had to take them in every night it's been so cold.  But no more...

2.  I love going out in the early morning to hear the birdsongs...it's heavenly!

3.  Kids say the darndest things...when a young friend, age 3 was first introduced to her new baby girl cousin, she replied, "What's the point of her?"    Crack me up!  Out of the mouths of babes!  Wonder where that relationship is headed...

4. This is the first weekend in many that I have no plans...and that means I can do whatever I want!
GO ME!!!  I deserve it!  So, a little bit of this, a little bit of that, and probably some of that, if I feel like it...and a lot of that...hee hee!

5.  Before our last child of 3 graduated from college last week, my husband bought me a dozen red roses...to thank me for being the footing that launched those 3 very successful college educations...how sweet is that?  Of course, the 3 kiddies would probably say it was that footing that kicked them in the behind to keep them going!    YES, IT'S ALL GOOD!

Linking up with Nancy for Random 5 and Tex for Good Fences.  Stop by to say, "Aloha"!

  11. That cousin remark did make me laugh. What a sweet gesture on your husband's part to give you the roses very thoughtful.

  18. Hey Vicki.....I hope the weekend was as rewarding as raising those 3 children must have been! But then again, not having to do anything is a real treat treat as well.
Your weather sounds a bit like ours.
    Have a good Sunday.
